We recently conducted a client questionnaire. And the comments have helped us identify things we're doing well and areas where we could improve.

In fact, the biggest lesson we have learnt from the questionnaire is 'communication'. This newsletter is one of several ways in which we hope to rectify the situation.

Some of our clients wanted to know if a Moneypenny PA can change appointments or order gifts. Not a problem. As a general rule, we charge only the cost of a call. You'd be amazed at the ways in which we can become an integral part of our clients' business; why not contact us today?

With the fewest bank holidays in Europe, the following stats show that British business (or Moneypenny clients at least) are showing no signs of succumbing to our European counterparts' relaxed attitude to business:

of clients wanted their business to be open between 8.30am - 6pm

of clients wanted a Saturday morning business presence
between 9am - 1pm

of clients stated that having your Moneypenny PA listen to overnight voicemails and send the messages on was the preferred option.

of clients opted to retain their standard 9am – 5.30pm
opening hours.
