WHO WE ARE

Moneypenny is the brainchild of brother and sister team, Ed Reeves and Rachel Clacher. In 2000, Ed and Rachel pooled their convictions about customer service and team work – and so our revolutionary service began.

 

Today, we’re proud to be the UK’s market leader, looking after telephone calls for businesses of all shapes and sizes: from sole traders right to multinational corporations. Without question, Moneypenny is driven by the extraordinary dedication of our PAs and Receptionists, who all consider themselves as much a part of their clients’ teams as they are ours.
