Geographic Numbers
Geographic numbers e.g. 0207 can give you a local presence. For example, you may be based in Birmingham but want to be perceived as having a London location.
- We supply numbers for any UK geographic region - we can even compliment your number with a Moneypenny City Centre mailing address (for availability see Mailing Addresses)
- You control where your geographic number is answered - it can be routed to your own business line or Moneypenny can answer these calls for you. The number is simply linked to your Moneypenny screen and answered either in the same way as your existing line or in a different way if combined with an Additional Line.
- Callers are charged at standard calling rates, with no extra cost for you.
National Numbers
These types of numbers are increasingly accepted by the public as business numbers and are perceived as offering tangible benefits that callers appreciate.
- Calls to an 0800 number are free to the caller. Calls routed directly through to Moneypenny do not incur any call charges to our clients.
- Calls to an 0845 number are charged
at local rate with no additional charges for your business.
- You control where your 0845 or 0800 number is answered - it can be routed to your own business line or Moneypenny can answer these calls for you. The number is simply linked to your Moneypenny screen and answered either in the same way as your existing line or in a different manner if combined with an Additional Line.
