Moneypenny Online gives you instant access to full information about your business calls and how and when you use Moneypenny, allowing you to get on with what you do best.
Accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you are able to view a complete history of who, when and why you were called - allowing you to work out trends, allocate resources and audit your calls. Moneypenny Online also allows you to meet your Moneypenny PA and the team that supports her.
Enjoy your time away knowing every call is captured
Taking a well-deserved break used to be a problem for so many of our clients. They feared lost business and their customers feeling neglected. Temporary Cover from Moneypenny - that means that we will look after your calls for a period of up to a month - allowing you to enjoy time away from the office, safe in the knowledge you’re still capturing every new lead and your customers are being cared for.
Briefed by you, your dedicated Moneypenny PA works exactly as if part of your business. You can choose to stay in touch with her, or you may want no contact at all while you're away (except for emergencies of course) - it's no problem. Rest assured that she will work to your brief so that you can make the most of your break.

Have faxes sent straight to your inbox
Your own fax number without the fax machine. Fax-to-Email converts your faxes to emails that can be sent straight to your desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With no line rental, costly unused lines or minimum or maximum usage requirement, it a secure, fast and dependable service that cuts down on paper and toner usage.
Moneypenny simply gives you an 0845, 0800 or local fax number. All faxes sent to this number are directed to a secure central server, which then returns the fax to your nominated email address. The fax arrives in your inbox as a PDF file which can then be opened on any PC or MAC. Faxes can be sent to multiple email addresses if you wish.
Manage sales campaigns more effectively
Additional Lines allow Moneypenny clients to have certain calls answered in different ways by their Moneypenny PA. For example, if you have a marketing campaign or a recruitment advertisement running - or even if you operate more than one business.
The service is easy to set up and avoids the need to start a completely new account with us. An additional line is linked to your main account and all calls to this number are answered or messages taken and forwarded to you however and wherever you wish.
Enhance the perception of your business
Geographic Numbers e.g. 0207 can give you a local presence. For example, you may be based in Birmingham but want to be perceived as having a London location. We supply numbers for any UK geographic region - we can even compliment your number with a Moneypenny City Centre mailing address (see Mailing Addresses).
National Numbers, such as 0845 and 0800, are increasingly accepted by the public as business numbers and are perceived as offering tangible benefits that callers appreciate. The number is linked to your Moneypenny screen and answered either in the same way as your existing line or in a different manner if combined with an Additional Line (see Additional Lines).

Call Conferencing from Moneypenny is a simple and convenient 'pay as you go' service, which allows up to 20 people to hold a voice conferencing call anytime, anywhere – without the need for specialist equipment, complex pre-registration or a degree in telephony!
There’s no expensive capital outlay, large monthly subscription or the need to pre-book. The service can be accessed by any UK landline or mobile and you can even connect overseas callers with the help of your Moneypenny PA. The next time you need to arrange a meeting, eliminate travel costs and save time by holding a call conference when it suits you.
Make informed business decisions
Our credit checking facility gives you access to comprehensive and affordable reports that contain all the information you need to ensure you’re as informed as possible when working with new clients and suppliers.
Reports are available 24 hours a day via Moneypenny Online and you can search by company name or registration number.

Bypass List - giving you the flexibility to handle certain
callers yourself
Persistant sales callers? Friends and family constantly calling your office? Use Bypass List to redirect these calls automatically, either to an alternative number or a pre-recorded announcement, or simply let them ring out. What’s more, these redirected calls will not count towards any monthly inclusive call allowance.
You can add up to 6 numbers that you would like to re-route away from your Moneypenny PA. Calls will be re-routed from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm.
