Your calls are directed (using some clever telecom facilities) to one specific person at Moneypenny - your Moneypenny personal assistant. If she is already on the phone, one of her small team of 3 or 4 will take your call - they all know you, your business and how you like to work. Your personal assistant will put calls and messages directly through to the right people regardless of their location, and has a diary of each member of your team at her fingertips, allowing her to handle calls and messages to suit their needs.

Your PA will recognise your regular and VIP callers and greet them
accordingly - they won't be repeatedly asked for their contact details.
Your Moneypenny PA works as though she is based in your office.
She'll make calls for you, give out directions, even order flowers
and pay your congestion charge. Working on behalf of an individual,
team, department or entire company, she filters the calls you don't
want and reacts exactly as you'd expect when an urgent situation
arises. Most importantly, you are in control of when you use
Moneypenny - whether it's just for engaged or unanswered calls, or
all the time.
