How our service works
You can use Moneypenny whenever your team needs support: most agents use us to handle overflow calls throughout the day and to provide extended 'virtual' hours in the evenings and at weekends. Your calls are directed (using some clever telecom facilities) to your own Moneypenny PA. If she is already on the phone, one of her small team of 3 or 4 will take your call.
Handling calls and messages to suit your needs
Your Moneypenny PA will take detailed messages which are forwarded by email or SMS, or whenever necessary will put calls through to your office or mobiles; she knows which calls are valuable to you and how you want them handled. She filters the calls you and your team don't want and reacts as you'd expect when an urgent situation arises.

Step 2: Briefing your Moneypenny PA
We'll provide you with your Moneypenny number (the number to divert your calls to us) and organise a time for you to ‘meet’ your new Moneypenny PA over the phone so you can brief her fully on you and your team.
Step 3: Welcome aboard!

On a date to suit you, Moneypenny will begin to look after your calls. At the end of your trial, we’ll provide you with a report showing the days and times your firm needs support, allowing you to make an informed decision that’s based on what your on-going monthly cost would be.
