    Charlie Dalton, home worker and owner of Smart Garden Offices, began using Moneypenny in June 2010. Rigid working hours don’t suit Charlie; the nature of his business means he’s often on the road at all hours of the day.     3D Coaching is the brainchild of Claire Pedrick. Concerned that taking a summer break would mean her business missed calls, Claire approached Moneypenny. If she admits to having had one reservation, it’s that an answering service wouldn’t convey the professional and personable business ethic she’d worked so hard to create. She needn’t have worried.
